Bootcamps

Camps run by John Edwin, owner of Strength Personal Training and affliate trainers. The Strength Personal Training team takes pride in helping our ‘campers’ meet and exceed their health and fitness goals and have fun while doing it!

John takes pride in partnering with his clients to help them attain and exceed their health and fitness goals. Holds a degree is Exercise Physiology. Certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-HFI) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS), as well as being Pre and Post Natal Certified.
