FALL 2016 Strength Boot Camp
Monday, September 12 – Wednesday, November 23 (11 weeks)
Camps run by John Edwin, owner of Strength Personal Training and affiliate trainers. The Strength Personal Training team takes pride in helping our ‘campers’ meet and exceed their health and fitness goals and have fun while doing it!
John holds a degree is Exercise Physiology. Certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-HFI) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS), as well as being Pre and Post Natal Certified.
