John takes pride in partnering with his clients to help them attain and exceed their health and fitness goals. Holds a degree is Exercise Physiology. Certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-HFI) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS), as well as being Pre and Post Natal Certified.

**Resuming in the Spring** Every Saturday, John is hosting an intense training class, called Special Ops!
This will prepare you for many events this Fall. If you are running a 5K, Spartan Race or specifically The Tough Mudder, you should absolutely come out and train!
Class will start at 8:45am sharp and run till 10:00am.
It will consist of a running obstacle course! This will be really fun and challenging! It will not be anything like our other Bootcamp classes.
It will be a higher level of training and will include running, but everyone should still feel free to join because you will all be going at your own pace!
$10/class, so come out and join the fun!
(No pre-registration required, classes are on a drop-in basis)
Meet in the pavilion at Miles Park in Lafayette Hill, Pa. Get there between 8:30-8:40pm every Saturday rain or shine.
