Andrew James, AJ
AJ is a well rounded athlete and effective trainer, who blends a variety of elements from his experiences and education to create challenging and unique programs for all levels of fitness.
Andrew James (AJ) is a certified Personal Trainer/Strength and Conditioning Coach. He iscertified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). AJ comes to Strength Personal Training, Inc. with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and a strong foundation of body mechanics.
A former Mixed Martial Arts amateur competitor, with 7 years of experience in the disciplines of Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jui Jitsu, AJ is a well-rounded athlete and effective trainer. He also holds the CrossFit Level 1 coaching certification. AJ blends a variety of elements from his experiences and education to create challenging and unique programming for all levels of fitness.
Boot Camps and group exercise classes are his favorite playgrounds. AJ has experience working with pro and amateur athletes, College and High School athletes, clients with special considerations and everyone in between!
